PSEG Long Island offers rebates for cold climate air source heat pumps. Air source heat pumps provide air conditioning and heating from the same system. During the summer, the system removes heat from the home and rejects it to the outdoors. In the winter, it transfers heat from outdoors into the home. AWS is a Carrier Factory Authorized dealer. Carrier ductless split systems provide 100% heating capability at 5 degrees Fahrenheit. Click the attached link to see the available rebates.
Smart Thermostats Rebates up to $100
PSEG Long Island offers rebates for Energy Star thermostats. Programmable thermostats offer pre-programmed settings to maximize efficiency.
Heat Pump Water Heaters with a Uniform Energy Factor Greater than or equal to 2.00 up to $600
PSEG Long Island offers rebates for heat pump water heaters. These water heaters use the heat from the surrounding area to heat the water.
